Ursula is deeply committed to sharing her passion for health and well-being with others. With an empathetic and supportive approach she has helped many people balance their family, professional, and spiritual lives, which allowed them to rejuvenate their energy levels and reach a heightened state of well-being.
Ursula specializes in various holistic energetic healing modalities such as Reiki, the Yuen Method of Chinese Energetics, and Matrix Energetics, a complete system of healing, self-care and transformation. She has participated in a sacred teachings and self-mastery intensive training programme at the Art of Energetic Healing Institute, where she also received her Reiki Master certification. Ursula is an active Reiki practitioner at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan Reiki clinic, one of the Makom: Meditation, Mindfulness & Jewish Spirituality ongoing programs.
